Awoke at 5.30 as planned, but decided that it was probably not such a brilliant idea to go for work on a building site. These jobs do not provide constant employment, and we would have to pay fairly high rates staying at a Youth Hostel.

Found out that Olly had a pleasant surprise last night. Two English girls in our dormitory returned from the pub fairly late. Obviously they assumed that the hostel has single-sex dormitories, as Olly was treated to the sight of one them wearing only a skimpy pair of knickers. Unfortunately he wasn't quick enough to record this event on film!

Over breakfast we spoke to the Scot who was working at the reception at the hostel, and he said he had worked at a moshav not far from Eilat, and that he managed to save £300 in three months. This sounded like good news so we decided to check this out before walking back up to the kibbutz. Our first step was to go back to the Tourist Information place to ask where these moshavs were. The woman was very helpful, as she was the day before. By the time we left the office, not only did we know where the nearest moshav was, but we already had places organised.

After a 13-shekel breakfast we got the bus to the Ein Yahav Moshav. After settling at the "meshek" owned by the Dover family, we went shopping, had a quick snack and went to bed.
